Return And Refund Policy

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Our Products are not eligible for Return/Exchange.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?

We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at theurbannest.co.in@gmail.com  and we will take care of the rest.

For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account in 7 working days.

In case of damaged or defective product, please share an unboxing video for the claim processing, post examine a refund, or replacement will be issued in 4-7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
